In order to reserve your place, we need a firm commitment from the parents and students in the form of a $100 deposit, due by December 4th (Friday) to the ASB office at LWHS.

To reserve your place, please deliver a $100 check, made out to “LWHS,” to the ASB window by Friday, December 4, 2009

Fundraising efforts such as our Poinsettia sale are currently underway for students wishing to offset some or all of the cost to participate.  See the band Website:  http://lwhs.yolasite.com/ for information on current fundraisers.   All students should, regardless of any fundraising efforts currently underway, pay the $100.00 deposit by December 4 to the ASB office.

You’re welcome to pay all at once, if that’s more convenient.

We will need a total of 13-15 chaperones for this trip. If you’re interested, please let Mr. Logan   know. Chaperones have to pay the full amount to come on this trip, and they should follow the same payment schedule.
